UNITED STATES – Jay-Z is hitting back hard against a lawsuit accusing him and Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl at a party in 2000.

The rap mogul called the claims a “blackmail attempt,” vowing not to pay a dime.

Filed under New York’s victims of gender-motivated violence protection act, the suit describes an alleged assault involving both rappers and a female celebrity.

Jay-Z says the allegations are calculated lies, while the plaintiff’s lawyer insists he won’t be silenced.

Diddy who is currently in jail on sex trafficking charges, also denies the accusations, calling the lawsuit a “shameless publicity stunt.”
