NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A Supreme Court jury has acquitted a man accused of murder in a 2021 shooting.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A Supreme Court jury has acquitted a man accused of murder in a 2021 shooting.
Orville Forbes was accused of the September 28 shooting of Kevin McKenzie.
He was on the porch of his aunt’s apartment on Windsor Lane, when a gunman alleged to be Forbes, shot him multiple times.
Seven of the nine jurors on the case found the prosecution had not proved their case beyond a reasonable doubt and acquitted Forbes.
