NASSAU, BAHAMAS – History was made over the weekend when Bahamian Lamar Taylor, a junior at Henderson State University, took home three gold medals at the NCAA Division II Championships held over the past few days in Indianapolis.

Taylor, who hails from Freeport and is a 2020 graduate of St. Johns College, is the first Bahamian to achieve such a feat, winning the 50-yard freestyle, the 100-yard freestyle and the 100-yard backstroke.
