NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The program, which was founded in 2008, aims to teach Bahamian children how to swim.

It has training sessions at the Betty Kelly Kenning (BKK) Aquatic Center, University of The Bahamas, and St. Andrews International School.

They have reported a few developments in the first half of its year.

The program donated record boards to the BKK, celebrating the accomplishments of Bahamian swimmers.

It also reported big success at Eva Hilton Primary, which has a 75% participation rate in the program.

In addition to teaching young students, the program also has Saturday sessions where adults learn how to swim as well.

The report also shouted out the coaches and sponsors who make everything shake.
