Man Accused of Drugging and Raping Woman
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man accused of drugging and raping a 40-year-old woman is behind bars.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man accused of drugging and raping a 40-year-old woman is behind bars.
Prosecutors say Jarreth Ford, 42, raped the woman on July 29 after they attended a party.
Ford didn’t have to enter a plea to the rape charge when he made his initial court appearance before Senior Magistrate Carolyn Vogt-Evans.
Bail was denied and he returns to court in December. Ford can seek bail in the Supreme Court.
