NAD CEO: Spring Break Numbers Looking Good
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Arrivals into the country continue to be on the up and up, and seem as if they will stay that way for a while, according to the Nassau Airport Development Company President and CEO.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Arrivals into the country continue to be on the up and up, and seem as if they will stay that way for a while, according to the Nassau Airport Development Company President and CEO.
Vernice Walkine, NAD President says that because we’re a tourism destination, the airport has to work closely with the tourism board as well as hoteliers.
Walkine says people are already making bookings for the fall, a welcome change from the uncertainty of immediate post-pandemic travel.
This week marks three years since The Bahamas recorded its first COVID case and Walkine says it’s a relief that at this stage protocols have been relaxed.
