NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A convicted killer has to wait to find out whether his guilty verdict will stand.

The Court of Appeal has reserved its decision in the case of Mark McKenzie, otherwise known as Juvie.

McKenzie is serving a 40-year sentence for the February 12, 2017, murder of Leslie Green, who was shot dead at Derby Road in Yellow Elder Gardens.

He was convicted of murder on June 10, 2022 following a trial before Justice Deborah Fraser.
