NASSAU, BAHAMAS – New legislation implemented last year for operators in the heavy equipment industry, now being enforced by officers of the Traffic Division. 

Officer-in-Charge, Chief Superintendent David Lockhart, says officers have been on the streets advising drivers of commercial vehicles that they must now be in possession of a commercial driver’s license.
