Police I.D. Dog Attack Victim

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man, who police say was killed after being attacked by dogs last weekend, has been identified as 61-year-old Anthony Swann of Ashley Road in Ridgeland Park East.

Police say around around 4:00 am on August 27th, they were called to Palm Tree Avenue and East Street where they found Swann’s lower body with severe injuries.

At the scene, Police Press Liaison Officer Chief Superintendent Chrislyn Skippings reminded the public that all dogs should be licensed and if they are kept on the outside, the yards should be properly secured and enclosed.
