R.M. Bailey Senior High Teacher Accused of Indecently Assaulting Teen Boy
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A teacher accused of having inappropriate contact with a student has appeared before a magistrate.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A teacher accused of having inappropriate contact with a student has appeared before a magistrate.
Prosecutors allege that 45-year-old Franklyn Donaldson indecently assaulted a 15-year-old boy at R M Bailey Senior High School on February 3.
Donaldson denied the charge at his arraignment before Assistant Chief Magistrate Carolyn Vogt-Evans.
His bail was set at $5,000 with two sureties. He’s next back in court on March 20 for trial.
