FLORIDA, U.S.A. – A man accused of illegally buying firearms and shipping them to The Bahamas is facing charges in Florida.

Twenty-two-year-old Brian Simeon faces charges of unlawful dealing in firearms, unlawful sale of ammunition to a prohibited person and unlawful possession of a machine gun.

Simeon was arrested following a sting operation after he sold multiple firearms to an undercover agent.

Simeon is being held without bail.
