NASSAU, BAHAMAS – 3×3 hoops is one of the fastest-growing sports in the world. You’ve seen it everywhere from the Olympics to the Big 3 — and now, for the first time, Team Bahamas is taking the court.

The team of Kadeem Coleby, Jackson Jacob, Qyemah Gibson and Dylan Musgrove is set to face the top countries in the Americas region in León, Mexico. The event features 20 men’s teams competing through qualifying, group play and knockout rounds.

3×3 is played on a half court with a 12-second shot clock. Shots inside the arc are worth one point, beyond the arc are worth two, and the first team to 21 — or the leader after 10 minutes — wins.
