USA – In a solemn ceremony at Dover Air Force Base, President Joe Biden paid respects to three American soldiers killed in a drone attack in Jordan.

Alongside the families, Biden participated in the dignified transfer of the soldiers’ remains. Clad in a dark coat, he bowed his head in prayer as the flag-draped cases were carried to a mortuary van.

First Lady Jill Biden, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, and Air Force General Charles Q. Brown also attended.

The soldiers, Sergeant William Jerome Rivers, Specialist Kennedy Ladon Sanders, and Specialist Breonna Alexsondria Moffett, were honored in the wake of an Iranian-made drone strike at an American outpost in Jordan.
