NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Princess Margaret Hospital can expect infrastructural upgrades soon.

In his budget contribution this week, Health and Wellness Minister Dr. Michael Darville, says renovations at the hospital will continue.

So far, work has been completed on the observation and pediatric areas of the emergency department now completed.

Construction is also planned for the hospital’s east wing as well as the Children’s Ward, Eye Ward and Theater. There are also plans for a 30-bed Dialysis Center.

Hospital Administrator Mary Walker says its good news for her and her team.

Walker also addressed a viral videos showing buckets of dirty water. She says when you see the videos be sure to take a closer look.
