NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 24-year-old woman has been charged after prosecutors say she helped her boyfriend after he allegedly committed murder.

Juliusia Rolle appeared before Chief Magistrate Roberto Reckley today, accused of being an accessory after the fact.

Prosecutors say Rolle on October 5 assisted 23-year-old Delvon Pinder to avoid due process of the law after he allegedly shot and killed Matio Delancy.

He was ambushed by two gunmen soon after he pulled up outside his home on Vanria Drive in Sunset Park.

Rolle didn’t have to enter a plea to the charge and was granted $9,500 bail, while Pinder has been remanded to prison on the murder charge.

They’re next due to appear in court on February 27, 2025 to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers.
