37-Year-Old Man Arraigned with Unlawful Sexual Intercourse
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 37-year-old man is facing serious charges after being accused of engaging in sexual activities with a minor.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 37-year-old man is facing serious charges after being accused of engaging in sexual activities with a minor.
According to court dockets, from September 2022 to October 15, 2022, Davard Ferguson had unlawful sexual intercourse with a 12-year-old girl.
The girl could not legally consent to the acts because she is under 16.
Ferguson was not required to enter pleas to charges of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor when he appeared before Senior Magistrate Carolyn Vogt-Evans on Wednesday.
Bail was denied and he returns to court in June to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers.
