Bus Driver Accused Of Having Sex With Teen Granted $9K Bail
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A bus driver accused of having sex with an underage girl will be electronically monitored while on $9,000 bail.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A bus driver accused of having sex with an underage girl will be electronically monitored while on $9,000 bail.
Prosecutors say that 32-year-old Markenson Petithomme had unlawful sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old girl in October 2023.
Petithomme was not required to enter a plea to the charge of unlawful sexual intercourse when he stood before Assistant Chief Magistrate Carolyn Vogt-Evans.
Petithomme returns to court on June 23 to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers.
