Search For Survivors In Quake-Ravaged Mandalay Continues

MANDALAY, MYANMAR – Rescue teams in Mandalay are still searching for survivors after last week’s devastating 7.7-magnitude earthquake.

Crews in orange and blue suits were seen using jackhammers to clear debris at the collapsed Sky Villa building.

According to authorities, the death toll has now surpassed 3,000, with hundreds still missing.

Aid workers are racing against time, but forecasts of unseasonal rain could make their job even harder.

The quake, which was Myanmar’s strongest in a century, has left millions struggling without food, water, or shelter.
