NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The trial of a Georgia mom and former beauty queen accused of plotting with her boyfriend to kill her estranged husband while vacationing in The Bahamas has been pushed back a fourth time.

Lindsay Shiver was set to go to trial this month on a murder-for-hire charge.

However, the trial could not proceed because the presiding judge Senior Justice Cheryl Grant-Thompson is still hearing the corruption trial of Long Island MP Adrian Gibson and four others.

Shiver’s trial is now set to begin on March 2, 2026.

Shiver was arrested in August 2023 after authorities accused her of plotting to have Robert Shiver killed by her lover, Terrance Bethel, and his friend, Faron Newbold.

They are all free on bail.
