Police Investigate After American Man Found Fatally Stabbed In Tobago
TOBAGO – Authorities in Tobago are investigating the murder of an American visitor found fatally stabbed late Wednesday night.

Police identify the victim as 42-year-old Christopher Brown of Silverthorne, Colorado. They say he was out having dinner and drinks with friends in the seaside Vvllage of Castara before leaving to buy marijuana.
A short time later, officers say they received a report of a motionless body on Depot road. Brown was found with multiple wounds, including a metallic object protruding from his back.
Tobago’s tourism ministry calls the killing “deeply disturbing” and says it’s shaken the peaceful community.
Police confirm one suspect is in custody but no charges have been laid.
