Man Accused of Molesting Stepdaughter Denied Bail
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 39-year-old man is behind bars after he was accused of molesting his stepdaughter.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 39-year-old man is behind bars after he was accused of molesting his stepdaughter.
The man faced two counts of unlawful sexual intercourse with a dependent child when he made his first court appearance before Magistrate Abigail Farrington.
Prosecutors allege that the man molested the 16-year-old multiple times on 2024 and on January 18, 2026. The alleged victim is 17 years old.
The man was not required to enter pleas to the charges and bail was denied.
He returns to court on April 30 to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers.
