NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man accused of molesting a nine-year-old girl is facing trial for a second time after a jury could not reach a verdict.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man accused of molesting a nine-year-old girl is facing trial for a second time after a jury could not reach a verdict.
Prosecutors allege that Chequal Martin molested a nine-year-old girl multiple times in 2024.
Martin, who’s on bail, has denied charges of unlawful sexual intercourse at his retrial before Justice Neil Brathwaite.
