Jazz Chisholm and the New York Yankees are in the American League Division Series.

They’ll take on another division rival, the Tampa Bay Rays, in a best-of-5 series to see who will move on to the al championship series.

Jazz hit .230 on the year with 18 home runs, 55 rbi and a .711 ops. He also stole 41 bases, which was tied for the 4th most in baseball.

He also came up big in the Yankees’ demolition of their rival, the Boston Red Sox, in the second and deciding game of the wild-card best-of-3 series. Going 2-3 with a couple of steals and a couple of runs to help the Yankees get a 9-0 shutout of their hated rival, the Boston Red Sox.

Coach Antoan Richardson and the Atlanta Braves also beat up on a division rival to make it to the next round, after they took their wild card series 2-1.

Richardson is the Braves’ first base coach, helping the team primarily with baserunning and outfield play. He joined the team to help get things back on track after a dissapointing 2025 season where they finished 4th in the division with a 76-86 record.

Whatever he did worked because the team improved to a 95-68 record, good enough to win the National League East Division in his first season there.

Now they’re going to have to take on the juggernaut that is the LA Dodgers for a chance to advance to the NLCS.
