NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The pandemic proving to be a blessing in disguise for another young entrepreneur. Thirty-three-year-old Shawniqua Moss says she started her business just four months before the start of the pandemic.

Although one would view the loss of employment she subsequently experienced as negative, it freed her up to dedicate all of her time to her business “Lux N Luvv”.

Moss says she wanted to do something a bit different from the traditional floral arrangements, adding chocolate covered strawberries or even the recipient’s favorite beverage.

The entrepreneur says her two biggest lessons thus far are discipline and patience.

While she is still amazed by how much her business has grown, Moss says she’s taking it one step at a time.
