NASSAU, BAHAMAS – When FTX made The Bahamas its headquarters, it made its mark in more than one industry. Now, the president of The Bahamas Real Estate Association Nikki Beouf talks the crypto exchanges impact on the country’s real estate market.
However, it’s not only FTX that fueled the market’s growth in recent years. Boeuf tells us even Family Islands have been seeing a boom since COVID.
As for what could happen to the market if the company’s purchases suddenly become available again, Boeuf believes the properties will not take long to sell.
