GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – A hero’s welcome for the Hugh Campbell champions as they return to Grand Bahama.

The two-time defending champions, Sunland Baptist Stingers as they returned home to Grand Bahama on Monday, following Sunday’s championship game victory over the C I Gibson Rattlers.

The Stingers who won the title for the second straight year treated to a parade through the streets of Grand Bahama.

Shifting to the New Providence Basketball Association where the UB Mingoes able to pull off the huge upset over one of the top ranked teams in the league. Mingoes withstanding a late surge to hold on for the win against Sand Dollar 64 to 58.

A huge win over the number two team in the league.

Finally, to the NBA where Buddy Hield and the Indianna Pacers taking on the Dallas Mavericks. Mavericks favored to win but Pacers apparently didn’t get the memo they hold on for the two-point victory 124-122.

Buddy, with 27 minutes on the floor, finished with 10 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and a steal.

Most importantly, Pacers get the win.
