NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Police Commissioner Clayton Fernander revealing today that the sitting member of parliament who has been accused of rape will be brought in for questioning before the week is out.

Fernander says investigators are ensuring that they are thorough before the MP in question is brought in.

Last week, we took to the streets to find out residents opinion on the matter, many say they believe the MP is being treated different from the average suspect.

However, Fernander says no one is above the law. He also says the police will not be pressured by the public.
