NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Officials are enthusiastic about getting sailing in The Bahamas back on its feet, and not only in New Providence.

During the national Family Island Regatta in Exuma, Clay Sweeting, the Minister of Agriculture, Marine Resources, and Family Island Affairs announced a class E boat, has been commissioned to be given to the Eleuthera Sailing Club.

The minister says similar efforts and initiatives will also happen in other family islands.
