NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Davis administration has come up with a comprehensive plan to tackle crime.

The prime minister telling Parliamentarians the new budget will offer more investments to fight crime pledging to take an even more aggressive approach with funding to back up the initiative.

Prime Minister Philip Davis telling parliament this week, measures are in place in the budget to address the matter. 

Then came the pledge to renovate court facilities and construct a court complex to benefit the administration of justice. 

Over the years, government has invested in CCTV cameras, an initiative the Davis administration is looking to continue. 

Davis also announced aid for domestic violence victims.  

But more than that, the prime minister again affirming his opposition to individuals looking to use crime for personal benefits.
