NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Hundreds of education leaders and administrators gathering for a conclave Monday, under the theme the year of jubilee: A celebration of 50 years of educational leadership.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Hundreds of education leaders and administrators gathering for a conclave Monday, under the theme the year of jubilee: A celebration of 50 years of educational leadership.
Minister of Education and Technical and Vocational Training, Glenys Hanna Martin says much has changed since since the COVID-19 pandemic and education can not go back to what it once was.
While there may be challenges, she says there are also opportunities to chart new paths for the education of our young people.
She says efforts are underway to strengthen the technical and vocational aspects of the curriculum to capture and stimulate students most talented and motivated in these areas.
To this end, an announcement will be made for the construction of a new polytechnic institute.
