LONG ISLAND, BAHAMAS – Residents in many islands across the archipelago have spoken out about irregular migration issues on their shores, but Long Islanders say they don’t have that problem.

Long Island’s Chief Councillor Ian Knowles, says Long Island’s work culture is part of the reason Long Island has been largely unaffected by the irregular migration influx in the country.
