Re-Imagining The Public Service In A New Day

The Minister of State for the Public Service, Pia Glover-Rolle, on Grand Bahama recently, once again assessing the needs of the various agencies on that island. Glover-Rolle says that the “Re-Imagining The Public Service In A New Day” agenda has been launched with a goal to reforming the public service.

Glover-Rolle says she is committed to an open door policy for all public servants on Grand Bahama and throughout the northern region. To this end, she announced a new office for the island. The new office is set be less ‘cramped’ and accommodates the growth of the public services department in Grand Bahama.

She also addressed the ongoing promotion exercises in the public service. She says it is important for workers to understand the process.
