Privy Council Issues Major Citizenship Ruling
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – In May the questions surrounding citizenship were seemingly put to rest after the Privy Council has ruled that all children born out of wedlock to foreign women and Bahamian men are Bahamian citizens at birth.
