Track and Field

The attention of the international track and field community is focused on The Bahamas as the World Athletics Relays makes its return.

President of world athletics, Lord Sebastian Coe, said the event is one of the most highly anticipated on the World Athletics calendar.

Sanya Richards-Ross is no stranger to the world relays. She was a member of Team USA that set the distance medley world record in The Bahamas in 2015.

Reigning 400m Olympic champions Shaunae-Miller Uibo and Steven Gardiner will lead Team Bahamas and compete together once again in the 4x400m mixed relay.

60m hurdles world record Devynne Charlton will headline the women’s 4×100 relay pool.
