NASSAU, BAHAMAS – An air of uncertainty surrounds the upcoming the Free National Movement Convention after concerns raised in Dr. Hubert Minnis’ camp claiming a “breach of the party’s constitution”.

In a letter, campaign Chairman Burton Miller revealed a meeting between both the Minnis and Pintard camps and party leadership addressed the concerns. But it is the issue of constituency elections in Freetown after all others were halted.

And after the party’s central council ratified the convention date and closed nominations.
