NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Tre Ferguson has taken a major step as he regains his health. It’s a story Our News has been following since his accident in February after the 21-year-old did not return home on Sunday morning.

His mother, Christina Fernander found him lying in a hospital bed clinging to life after a good samaritan found him on the side of the road in a wrecked car.

Four months later, she says there’s good news. None of this has come cheap Fernander says as there is a mountain of bills her family now has to pay.

The expenses total about three hundred thousand dollars.

Fernander says while it seems impossible, she is believing in a miracle. She is grateful for the support received from staff at the Princess Margaret Hospital.

A GoFundMe page along with bank accounts have been set up for those willing to give.
