UNITED STATES – In a major move, U.S. President Joe Biden has commuted the sentences of 37 federal death row inmates … Replacing their punishment with life in prison without parole.

However … Three remain on death row … Including the Boston Marathon Bomber and the man behind the 2018 Tree Of Life Synagogue Massacre.

The decision comes weeks before Donald Trump’s return, with Trump vowing to expand executions if reinstated.

Biden says he’s “More convinced than ever” that the federal death penalty must end, although over 2,000 death sentences at the State Level are unaffected.
