Adventures of the Swimming Pugs

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – It was a pug-tastic day at the national art gallery as first-time author, Gabriella Suighi, hosted her official book launch for, “The Swimming Pugs: Explore the Islands of The Bahamas”. She says while locked down and quarantined, her two pups, Pugsey and Penelope served as her inspiration.

The books are currently available in a number of local stores and online. She says the reception has been quite well.

The book is a collection of short stories and features fun facts about the islands.

The first-time author says it was a pretty smooth process and she’s already planning what’s next.
