NASSAU, BAHAMAS – There has been another blaze in a New Providence Shantytown, this time at the All Saints Way Unregulated Community in the Golden Isles area.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – There has been another blaze in a New Providence Shantytown, this time at the All Saints Way Unregulated Community in the Golden Isles area.
When Our News arrived on scene, heavy smoke filled the air along with pockets of fire still burning hours after a blaze broke out at the All Saints Way Shantytown, this coming days after demolition began at the unregulated community.
Superintendent of Police Stephen Carey who is attached to the Unregulated Community Action Task Force said authorities were alerted to the area earlier this morning.
With these incidents comes the speculation of arson. Works and Utilities Minister Clay Sweeting says we will have to wait and see.
