GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – It’s a heartwarming story from Grand Bahamian resident Carolyn Smith.
Smith who took the entrepreneurship route was faced with hardships and financial instability as selling snacks wasn’t making ends meet.
The wife and mother of three was forced to search for a job.
But at the end of every tunnel, there is light; through the Beautiful Grand Bahama Employment program she was able to find employment at the Office of the Judiciary.
During this candid interview Smith unexpectedly came face to face with the brain behind the project, Grand Bahama Minister Ginger Moxey.
Smith’s journey from struggle to stability not only allowed her to provide for her family but also paved the way for a brighter future as she now wants to further her education.
