NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A murder suspect will remain in custody after an appellate court affirmed a judge’s decision to refuse him bail.

Ricardo Green, 50, is charged with the May 4, 2025, stabbing murder of Anthony Sullivan on Plantol Street.

Senior Justice Cheryl Grant-Thompson last November refused Green bail, citing concerns for his safety and that of the public given the number of retaliatory killings in the country.
