Man Arraigned for Recent GB Homicide

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 30-year-old Grand Bahama man has been arraigned for a recent murder on that island.

Devin Stuart was not required to enter a plea on Tuesday to the murder charge when he appeared before Senior Magistrate Charlton Smith.

Back on November 29, police found a man’s bullet-ridden body through a tract road near Frobisher Drive and Hearne Lane back on November 29th.

Stuart has been remanded to the Bahamas Department of Corrections until March 2023 when a voluntary bill of indictment will be served.
