Murder Charge Reinstated for Teen
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – On Wednesday prosecutors reinstated a murder charge against Marcean Knowles.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – On Wednesday prosecutors reinstated a murder charge against Marcean Knowles.
The 19-year-old appeared before Senior Magistrate Carolyn Vogt-Evans charged with the July 4, 2022 shooting death of Romando Huyler at Quarry Mission Road.
Knowles was remanded into custody until April when it is expected he will receive voluntary bill of indictment papers.
This is the second time that Knowles has been charged with the same offense.
Another magistrate discharged Knowles after prosecutors failed to serve him with his VBI in a timely fashion.
