NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Her family and friends may know her as Angel Cartwright, but two weeks ago she snagged a new title, Miss Bahamas Universe 2022.
Our News sat down with the new queen today to discuss her journey to the coveted crown.
Miss Bahamas Universe 2022, Angel Cartwright is no stranger to pageantry. She was just 18 years old when she first took the stage. The private banker by profession says her love for pageantry challenges her personal growth and allows her to bring awareness to initiatives close to her heart.
She says despite the beauty of it all, pageantry is much more than glitz and glam.
And, she’s sharing this advice to young women and girls who aspire to take a pageant stage.
