PM Breaks Ground On Nassau Village Community Center

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Prime Minister Philip Davis along with other senior government officials breaking ground on a new community center for Nassau Village.

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Prime Minister Philip Davis along with other senior government officials breaking ground on a new community center for Nassau Village.

Addressing those in attendance, Davis says the project is for generations to come.

He says the center will also serve as a pillar of commitment to safety and community.

Bahamas Striping Group of Companies President Atario Mitchell says the center once completed will be equipt with a computer room, commercial grade kitchen, two multi-purpose rooms, a backup generator and more.

It will also be designed to act as a hurricane shelter.
