GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – The University of The Bahamas recently partnering with Chicago-based Shedd Aquarium and Center.

The organization brought their research vessel, the MV Coral Reef to Grand Bahama.

There, students and locals will be able to view aquatic wildlife exhibits and learn about conservation awareness.

Dean of Faculty, Dr. Andrew Moxey and Assistant Professor of Marine Science Dr. Mattias Johansson are excited about the collaboration and say they’ve now developed a marine science program.

Bamsi is also working along with the organization.
