PM: “We Inherited a Power Grid on Life Support”
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Prime Minister Philip Davis says his administration inherited a failing power system, with BPL carrying more than $500 million in debt and engineers warning that another $500 million in critical upgrades was needed to prevent a complete system failure.
