NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Cable Bahamas’ Media Team recently launched yet another venture – GO 242, a new cable channel that promises to be the go to for news, entertainment and information.

Vice President of Media David Burrows spoke about the newest addition to the brand and says viewers will not be disappointed.

Cable channel 242 and 205 will now be the home of 242.

It’s a place where you can find everything that’s happening in The Bahamas in one location. The channel that keeps viewers informed about movement in the country displays up to date national and international news as well as airline and mailboat schedules.

There is also weather information across the world and live traffic cameras in New Providence.

People are also allowed to advertise with the channel and be a part of GO 242 celebrations.

He says when developing the channel, the first question was what are people interested in?

Burrows says the channel is already gaining traction in its first phase.
