NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Bahamas has launched the local chapter of a substance abuse organization designed to of transform lives, advance leadership potential and enhance the skill set of the community.

Troy Clarke I, president of The Bahamas’ chapter of the International Society of Substance Use Professionals, says The Bahamas cannot afford to ignore the potential of those people who slip through the cracks, fall short of social expectations or end up on the wrong side of the law.
