NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The country’s first-ever end-to-end recycling center will soon open its doors.

Eden Recycling & Manufacturing Limited signing a new lease agreement with Bahamas Agricultural and Industrial Corporation to develop three acres of land at the corporation’s Gladstone Road Industrial Park.

BAIC’s Executive Chairman Leroy Major commended the team for making The Bahamas cleaner and greener.

With financial backing from Access Accelerator: Small Business Development Center, Eden plans on collecting plastic waste, processing that material at its plant, and creating new, more sustainable products for resale.

Eden’s chairman and CEO is Andrew McFall says through this new venture he hopes to revolutionize the local recycling industry.

Eden anticipates creating jobs for 25-30 persons.

The company will break ground by the end ofthe second quarter and hopes to be in full operation by the end of 2024.
